We gathered quotes and Nick’s was the best — beating bigger companies by a wide margin. That was significant but it was only part of why Caliber earned our business. Nick’s matter-of-fact, no-pressure approach to sales and his knowledge brought comfort to every exchange. And when our roof was installed it was quick, clean, and easy for us. I trust Nick because he knows that reputation matters. And he’s doing the right things to build and protect his. He cares about accountability and he’s responsive. I don’t anticipate one, but if we have a problem I believe Nick will make it right. And when you’re spending this much all of that matters.
