First of all I have to say what a professional company. When I first met Nick the owner I thought wow this guy is a nice salesman. What I didn’t know until he explained more was he is the owner of the company and on every job he does. Nick was very knowledgeable on roofing and after talking it over with him and getting a bid for a steel standing seam roof and a asphalt shingle roof I decided to go with shingles because of my budget. Overall though I probably texted and called Nick 30 times with questions and got answers every time very quickly. I had bids from 5 other companies and I have to say no one seemed as knowledgeable as Nick. Nick’s crew came out first thing on a Monday morning and started the stripping job of my old roof. I expected that to take a few days because my house is 3300 sq ft with half being a 10/12 pitch. Much to my surprise when I got home that day not only was the roof all cleared and re sheeted but it was half roofed already! Nick went over everything that evening with me and asked if I had any questions. The crew was there from 7am to almost 8 pm and cleaned up the mess before leaving. By the end of the second day the roof was completed. Again Nick waited until I got home from work to go over everything and see if I had any concerns. So the moral of the story is if you want a great job done right the first time and on schedule at a very fair price you need to call Nick at Caliber Roofing. I can’t say enough about his great communication and his hard working crew ! A++++ business for sure.
